The Provincial manager for Gauteng and Mpumalanga, Richard Buhali, organised Professional Development for his trainers which took place at the Maths Centre head office.
Ziyaad Wadee, a new Maths trainer who has extensive experience in computer programming conducted the training, focusing on using computer skills intelligently to write project reports.
"The Professional Development can be likened to an iron when it is experiencing heat, it vibrates because the molecules are moving fast and it expands" said a new Physical Science trainer about the training. He further mentioned that the motivational video of a man without limbs shown before the training, made him realise that a man is not disabled until he is mentally disabled.
"I have learnt how to create graphs, and the training has enhanced my computer skills and professionalism" said another Maths trainer.
The pictures below shows trainers busy on their computers learning new ways of report writing. They all agreed that they would like another Professional Development session soon, to further increase their computer skills.
