Maths Centre and Cell C at it again: North West PDF Print E-mail

Following the positive impact of the Grade 12 intervention rolled out in the 3 schools in 2010 namely Tsogo, President Mangope and JM Ntsime (all in the Bojanala District), Cell C continues to fund the project in 2011. Through additional Funding from Cell C the project has been extended to include 2 more school from Madibeng APO namely Mothotlung High and Malatse-Motsepe High.

The new project now includes support in Accounting as well as Maths and Physical Science for Grade 11. These learners will receive intensive support and learning material in the three subjects.

The project started on 16 April 2011 where learners wrote a pre-test to identify learning gaps. This will assist Maths Centre in designing intervention suitable for learner needs.
