Three LSEN (Learners with Special Educational Needs) schools, Adelaide Tambo, The Hope and Filadelfia Secondary are beneficiary schools of the EOH project. The project is run by Maths Centre, and aims at enhancing the performance of learners in mathematics and science. The intervention is done through teacher workshops, learner afternoon clinics, classroom support visits and classroom teaching at normal contact time.

Teaching and learning material sanctioned and purchased for each of these schools include a laptop computer, a data projector and software for teaching the subjects. Mathematics kits were also made available for Senior Phase teachers and learners. The launch and official handover of the material is scheduled for January 2011.
EOH LSEN Exam Preparations for Grade 12 Learners
Maths Centre has been running exam preparation classes for the 2010 Matriculants. Below are pictures of learners taken through selected topics such as Linear Programming and Differential Calculus.
Mathematics and Physical Science revision packs were supplied to grade 12 learners to use in preparing themselves for the final examination.
