Maths Centre, in partnership with Engen Petroleum recently launched their Whole School Development Project in the Sekhukhune District (Limpopo) and Cala District (Eastern Cape).

Every year Maths Centre Technology Project learners (funded by Murray & Roberts) participate in the Technology Olympiad.

One of Maths Centre’s funders, Ernst & Young, have taken it upon themselves to organise a Take a Girl / Boy Child to Work Day on the 19th and the 20th of August 2010.

In July 2010, Maths Centre and Sci-Bono came into an agreement of organizing and rendering a service of training 35 teachers extracted / nominated from at least 20 different schools situated in Soweto and Eldorado Park.

In the agreement, the Maths Centre had to appoint diligently experienced trainers to run the 15-day workshop for teachers on content and pedagogical practices.
